Question 7: Posted 2/7
For some reason when I sign on to AOL the Microsoft Internet explorer opens also in the background displaying submenus: For instance: Microsoftexplorer, channels, media, communication, etc., with folders for each submenu. And when I continue to choose Microsoft explorer so I can do critical updates, the page is so small I cannot access to read. Please advise. Thanks.

I think your best bet is to talk to the people at AOL. It most likely is a problem with their software, not your computer.

1. AOL is a waste of time (and money)
2. When you have a problem with AOL, talk to AOL. America On-Line can be really buggy. There are lots of versions of their software and sometimes they can confict each other.
